There’s this moment, some time after you’ve dived head first into the waters and swum around for a while, that you realise that the sea is kind of choppy, that you’re more out of shape than you remember and getting tired. Also, it’s a bit cold, land is such a long long way away, you’re in deep and oh dear, the current has a pull of its own.

I’ve full of thought fragments. Ideas about this, ideas about that, decisions to be made… and yet some things simply need to be played out, more information to come. Still, these thoughts weigh heavily on my mind. I’m uncertain and that bothers me. I like to feel secure, to make plans and avoid change…

When you get out there…a little too far out…a little bit in trouble and not really up to it, you have two choices. Turn and swim for shore and everything that represents, safety, surety, comfort and the well known. . . or you swim with the current, counter intuitively perhaps but all the experts say it’s far better to swim slowly and with courage along with your lifes current.
I’m sure you will make the right choices on the day Spiral.

  3. The best thing to do when you are in over your head is to try to relax and conserve your strength. Thrashing around is unproductive and perhaps dangerous.

Life is change. Embrace life 🙂

Change is inevitable. It is better when you have some choice, but even if there is no choice, you are not facing it alone. “Be brave, little Piglet”, said Pooh.
